Great staff:)
Staff are great - genuinely helpful and friendly! Clothes are always fab quality too:) The only downside is that they're super-busy, so it can take a little while for a response. They've always sorted any queries I've had tho. Would totally recommend, and use again.

Unable to get refund
I purchased some items and returned 2 items which have been received by Brakeburn, but I can not get a refund from them, excuse after excuse as to why I have not received my money back. Do not buy from this company

Sent an email enquiry regarding sizing…
Sent an email enquiry regarding sizing of a particular item. It's now a week, three emails and still no response. Clearly they don't want me to spend any money. Just so rude.

Purchased some items from Brakeburn …
Purchased some items from Brakeburn on their website but arrived too late so I returned them using the return instructions. After over 2 weeks of not hearing anything I contacted them and gave them the tracking for the items which according to the post office had still been sitting in their depot since the second day of the return so Brakeburn confirmed that the items were lost by royal mail and they would refund me. Now waiting over two weeks for a refund and chasing them as they do not respond. This company is terrible and this is the first and most definitely the last time I will shop with them. Seems like they really are in trouble. Update: still waiting on a refund. I have raised this with PayPal to investigate as they do not respond to emails. This company should be fully investigated by trading standards.

What is going?
I don’t know what is going on here but I bought some items, lovely. One doesn’t fit and there is no way of sending it back. Apparently there is an issue with Royal Mail but no mention of this on the website. The whole thing feels dodgy and uncomfortable. I feel like they might have gone bust but are trying to keep it under wraps.
