Drastic Decline in Support
I've had Boxne for just over 2 years. In the beginning it was good. If I had an issues it was resolved quickly without issues. However, that has changed at some point. I have been locked out of my account since April 14th and have not been to get a response from tech support to resolve the issue. I have opened multiple ticket some of which have been closed according to them but proided no help in resetting the password or accessing the account. Response time is 2-3 per comment from tech support. The website still claims 24 x7 x365 tech support. When I questioned that they said you have to pay for that now. But as of today its on the home page.

I've used this hosting service for 18 months now, and I'm happy with it. There used to be a problem with support, which is why a lot of people left negative reviews. However, they really improve in that area. Hosting on this server is reliable, fast, and somewhat easy to use. Some of my pages even ranked highly on Google. As a central panel, they have direct admin. For the price I paid, I am more than satisfied with the service provided.

Complete and utter trash customer support... AVOID!
Complete and utter trash company/customer support Support ticket has been unresolved for 18 days... Unable to access my cPanel so unable to do anything. Keep on palming me off saying it's been forwarded to the correct team but never get anything resolved. Avoid like the plague...

Not great, not terrible
I bought the 5 years "unlimited" plan on Stacksocial. You can't find unlimited plan for $0.18 per month elsewhere. It works quite well, my site was down only for 2 days in 8 months. The only negatives so far is that they cancelled their partnership with C-Panel and they added Direct Admin. Also, their support is slow and not very good. I don't recommend this for e-commerce or some other serious sites, but it's great for personal blog or portfolio.
