DO NOT BUY AVOID!! NO INTEGRITY
This was an utter scam. I placed an order on their site and gave my current address. When they confirmed the order, they sent it to my old address instead. I emailed them immediately and got no response. They shipped the items anyway, and only then replied that they couldn’t change the address. I’ve had to file a chargeback because I will not be able to receive the product. It doesn’t take much to provide decent customer service. I will not buy from them again, and they will now have a chargeback problem with their merchant bank. Not a smart way to handle this.

Livraison rapide et produit bien emballé, le petit tote bag est sympa. Toutefois les fleurs ne correspondent pas du tout à la promesse initiale. On voit tout de suite qu’elles sont fausses et la tige en plastique fait cheap. Très décevant au vue du prix je m’attendais à de la bien meilleure qualité

Their marketing is great, quality extremely poor
Their marketing is great. I was sure this are high end artificial flowers in great quality. I ordered two bouquets while one was okay (wild poppy dance) the other one (spring fling) is unbelievable poor quality. Theres glue residue everywhere. It is the cheapest plastic you can imagine. It even smells like it. I thought these are handmade but they look like straight from Temu. It’s not one whole flower put glued together parts. I honestly thought this must be a joke. Now sending them back is 6 euros which is ridiculous. Will not order there again. Feels like a big scam! Instagram brand that knows their marketing but product is trash.
