My only 3-month-old Bosch 500…
My only 3-month-old Bosch 500 dishwasher stopped working. I call the customer support (in India of course) and they wouldn't honor the warranty because I couldn't provide them with the model number. It was on a sticker on the side and had come off. Duh! Of course it did -- it got wet/moisture and came off. They didn't care - they were not sending anyone out. This is total BS and I'll never purchase another appliance from Bosch again.

They refused a warranty due to the fact I got the fridge on sale and used my employee discount 20%. Said didn't pay enough so no warranty. Product: Bosch fridge. Issue ice maker quit. (Like everyone's)

Bosch customer service Cyprus The worse experience. I called the dedicated number according to the instructions received from the shop where I purchased it. The message said they would call me back. They called almost immediately BUT there was nobody on the other side. Called back. Answered and again nothing. Called a 3rd time and this time they answered and hung up!!! How is this called customer service if you refuse to speak with the customer???

I have a new refrigerator after 3 weeks…
I have a new refrigerator after 3 weeks had problems with ice maker, no big deal. Then after a few months the alarm would not go off if door was ajar. Then it started popping breakers? Then random alarms would go off and never got the code. Called Bosch and again they said repairman would be in touch, week later call back and they would give me an authorization number and got a call back (happened everytime I called)? Repair man came out 8 times(long story short)???? First time told me it is a lemon (the parts cost more than the Fridge)?? We bought it on sale for $2200.00. Now that Bosch finally said it is a bad fridge the last 2 visits were over the 1 year (which 6 were and I asked about that and was told there is a paper trail). So every time I asked for a supervisor guess what (they don't have them)??? Again this is over months, then 1 called and I was at work and called back 2 minutes later and was told she was in meetings all day, I said she just called me and they said let me check? No she is in meetings??? This place is the most difficult place to work with. I was told by a repair man Bosch is the best, that is why when I moved I bought it. I have never been so belittled by customer service on so many calls??? I also had a man 3 days ago that told do not interrupt him, he is talking (wth). But he also told me I called in a new issue the day after my warranty expired. I never did call in a new problem. Now they told me to go through my extended warranty? Why?? Again I called several times for a supervisor and one called back (again I was working, like most people) tried to call back but no extension to talk to a human???? This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with ( I worked in Public relations and in customer service) I have never been dealt with this bad............. I would never buy a Bosch Appliance again. Still waiting for a call, then they said they want the repair mans findings? They sent him out 8 times and have his reports... He (the repair man) called Tech support 3 times at my house... Again worst customer experience ever and I will never buy Bosch again.

The customer service at Bosch is a joke. Purchased a 4000 refrigerator. When packaged, it was damaged, they do not stand by their product and offered no help to remedy this. They are a joke. Save your money. Buy GE or LG
