I have been shopping at Bohomoon for over 5 years now. Their customer service has always been top notch. They are quick and responsive and always helpful! I do sort of wish they’d offer a returns for credit service - the amount of jewellery I have bought from them over the years… I only have so many hands and fingers for jewellery!

Excellent customer service!
I had a small issue with my order, as my Enchanted Pearl Ring arrived with one of the small stones missing. I contacted customer service and was very pleasantly surprised by how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. They apologised for the issue and provided me with a gift card to order a replacement ring, including the shipping cost. The whole process was very easy and hassle-free, and I didn’t have to return the faulty item. I have now ordered a replacement and I’m very happy with how everything was resolved. Thank you to the customer service team for your kindness and excellent service! ❤️ I would definitely recommend Boho Moon.

Beautiful jewellery, when I had an issue with one of the pieces their customer support was super quick and extremely helpful. They sent a replacement out for me super quickly. Couldn’t recommend enough!!
