I did four rounds of bodyslims over 2.5…
I did four rounds of bodyslims over 2.5 years, between 2021 and 2023. I lost the most weight in the first round and lost less and less as I did subsequent rounds, while finding it difficult to maintain the losses between rounds. Undoubtedly you will lose weight during each program - it would be impossible not to at 1200 cals a day and an hours walking. The difficult part is maintaining that loss when you stop calorie counting and when the novelty of the strictness of the program wears off. Eventually I went on a GLP1, went from obese to a normal BMI slowly over 10 months, and have maintained the loss for over a year. I’m not saying don’t try this program - maybe it’s for you. And I do think you should exhaust all conventional options before taking a lifelong medication. But if you’ve lost weight on weight watchers/slimming world/unislim multiple times, and put it back, it’s likely this will be more of the same. I’m a size 10/12 now, lift weights 3 times a week and have no idea what my daily calorie intake is as I don’t track. I eat three normal meals, occasionally snack and honestly don’t think about “dieting” at all now. Mounjaro was the game changer for me.

This is a lifestyle programme, that will give you your life back!
This is more than a weight loss programme. Honestly, this has been a life-changing experience for me. I loved working with Ger and the team. It is tough, but the results are incredible. In addition, the biggest concern for me was how to maintain this new weight and new lifestyle. This was handled so well by Ger and the reality is that I have lost 38 lbs over two sessions of the programme and I have kept my new weight one year, by following the diet, exercise plan, for some of the week and relaxing at weekends. THIS WORKS!!!!!
