Poor quality jacket, shocking, non-existent customer service.
I'm not quite sure what is going on here, but the lack of response to my messages to Boda Skins, and my wife's emails to them is a big cause for concern. They are portraying themselves as a company that is ethical and a company that is producing leatherwear to last a lifetime. The jacket I bought for my wife (1 of 5 we purchased) lasted around 2 hours the first time she wore it, before buttons started falling off, and on closer inspection, found that the main zip was only stuck in and not stitched. My wife, who has emailed them several times now, is wanting to find an amicable solution. They keep ignoring you once they have your money. They initially offered replacement buttons and suggested we take the jacket to a professional tailor to put new ones, and have the others checked and refitted (if you can believe that!!). This is a jacket that has multiple buttons and would cost almost £100 for a tailor to resolve. On top of that, the cost of having the zip stitched in, which Boda Skins had forgotten to do. We are still hoping for a resolution, but fear it won't come as they just ignore you. If there is no response to this, we will go public and give a full and accurate account of how they treat their customers if things aren't up to scratch. This will include social media. Come on guys, do the right thing and restore our faith in your brand.

Waiting over 2 years for a coat or refund
Have been waiting for a coat for over two years - despite this they refuse to refund us the petty £300 we spent and constantly write long emails we don’t have time for. We just want a jacket or a refund. Now we have been forced to begin legal action.

I have wanted a Boda leatherjacket for a very long time. I was lucky enough to receive one for my birthday. And it is better than I thought it would be.
