Scam! They did not deliver the flowers after deciding to switch the type of flower. They agreed to do a refund and never sent it so I called back and they lied and said it was delivered. Knowing it was a lie, they emailed me to say it was delivered from a bloomflowerdelivery.com so I wouldn't notice the email. When I called them to correct it I was the first caller in line. I was sent to the AI bot instead of the refund department and every time I called back I was "third in line" for a very long time before they forced a call back for which I was never called back. That is $165 I won't get back for flowers that were never delivered. I have cameras. They were not delivered and others have talked about this predatory practice of theirs. They will not refund the money of course. Also, they will pretend to verify the flowers that you ask for knowing that they can't fill the order with those flowers. They will have you pay the same price for the flowers that you don't want. When you cancel the delivery and request a refund, they will mark it as delivered and refuse to give you a refund by claiming it was delivered.

Poor service
Flowers delivered were very much different than what was pictured. Also, no name written on the card so the recipient didn’t know who they were from. The flowers were left on the step and the recipient was home. the whole time.doorbell was never rung.

This outfit is a total SCAM
This outfit is a total SCAM. Avoid it at all costs. Its customer service is AI Bots. It doesn’t deliver and when you inquire as to status you get a complete run around. The customer service number is also run by bots and when your turn comes in line you are told no agents are available. Do not order from them.

If I could give less than 1 star
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My order was delivered a day late, our names were not included on the card (yes, I added our names and kind words for the card on the site) and the arrangement that was delivered was not even CLOSE to what I actually ordered and paid for. It was a hot mess!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!

What was delivered was not what was…
What was delivered was not what was ordered as well as delivered late. Been trying to get my refund for almost a month now. Not able to contact a human to speak to, only computer responses that are completely useless. Completely unacceptable, this is the first of many reviews I will be completing. I would not and will not recommend this company at all. Company appears to be ashamed to publish to any actual contact info.
