Dear Mr. Kliatchko, I have relied on Bloomberg for information and data for most of my fifty-year career in the professional information industry, dating back to when I worked with Dialog and LexisNexis. That history is part of why this letter is disappointing to write. On July 12, 2026, I was charged $399 for a Bloomberg Digital subscription through the Apple App Store (Order ID: MM63XBK3HX) and was unable to cancel it through normal means before the charge posted. Both Apple and American Express have since denied my dispute of this charge. In the course of pursuing this, I found a substantial number of other customers reporting the identical experience — being billed by Bloomberg Digital for a subscription they could not cancel through ordinary channels. This is not, on the evidence, an isolated billing error. It is a pattern, and one that reflects poorly on a company whose entire business is built on trust in the accuracy and integrity of its data and dealings. I am requesting that Bloomberg: 1. Cancel my Bloomberg Digital subscription in full and confirm this in writing. 2. Refund the $399 charge directly, given that both Apple and American Express have declined to do so. 3. Review Bloomberg Digital’s cancellation flow, which appears to be generating a recurring volume of complaints. I would welcome the chance to remain a Bloomberg customer, but that depends on the company standing behind its own billing practices. Sincerely, Steve McIntosh Santa Barbara | London | Beijing

I had to leave 1 star to warn others. I signed up for the $1.99 trail for 30 days..I never created my account or used any of whatever it was I have now been charged $159.96 for 4 months of service Innever used. I am warning people stay away from Bloomberg. They made 100% profit of me for providing NO services. There customer service has to be one of the worst. They won't listen, they won't try to help customers that have lost money with no service. Please people watch out. They are very good at claiming it was all my fault. I believe in Karma seen it work. Shame on you people. You will get your Karma soon.

They are thieves in so many ways
They are thieves in so many ways! they charge you without our consent raising prices and then when you're about to cancel they offer you a 149 for the year And then they still charge you the full amount 399 to your credit card,I call up the customer service and they say no that's not for this year that's for year 2027 you're very deceiving company
