Hit and miss
On my current account I've sent 10 gifts with B&W more often than not they've been ok. However, I've had 3 problems with quality/delivery out of 10. So on balance for the price still a bit of a risk. I've only had 1 'Wow' response from a recipient and two 'sorry the flowers were in poor condition', and one non-delivery (to a deliverable too address). It's also awkward to ask friends to send you photos of their disappointing flowers they've had to trigger the replacement/refund. At the moment I'm on the 3rd attempt to get birthday flowers to my sister over 2 weeks after her first bunch failed to open.

Very fast and efficient service would definitely recommend to friends and family also the variety of flowers and gift and being able to send a personal message in a card is top tier service!

Really disappointing first order
Really disappointing first order. I ordered flowers for an 80th birthday, I chose the named day delivery service but didn't feel the need to pay extra for a specific time slot, as long as they arrived that day it would be fine. The flowers never arrived until almost 3pm the following day. No explanation for the delay or even a notification that there would be a delay despite having received regular updates up until the day before the due delivery. Unfortunately my first order will also be my last as I wouldn't trust the delivery service for another occasion.

Love Bloom and Wild!
Love Bloom and Wild - my go to for all my flower orders. For family and friends I love their range which is always seasonal, stylish and beautiful, and their price point plus most importantly I trust them to deliver and I always know they will be of high quality. The fact that the flowers arrive “sleeping” means they last longer too. So big thank you B&W!! X
