ABSOLUTE FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
ABSOLUTE FRAUDULENT COMPANY! Very disappointing customer service. I received an email saying that my order had not gone through, so I followed the instructions, went back and placed the order again. I then discovered that I had been charged TWICE. When I contacted the company about a problem that resulted directly from their email, their solution was that I could return the duplicate order ( but I PAY FOR IT) — but with a 20% deduction. So I’m expected to lose 20% because I relied on an email from the company telling me my original order hadn’t gone through? That is completely unacceptable. If your system or communication causes a customer to place a duplicate order, the customer should not be financially penalized for it. I would not order from this company again based on how they handled this. and frankly I dont trust them AT ALL- after seeing how many reviews for strait up FRAUD

If i could give a minus star i would…
If i could give a minus star i would do. Like many others it seems, i was unknowingly signed up for an auto subscription and then when i asked for a refund i was told i had to return the product to the US for a full refund. Otherwise i would only receive a 50% refund for an order that i didn't want and hadnt asked for. I would not recommend anyone deal with this company. The product also made me unwell.

Scammed... placed first order three months ago without issue. Placed another order on 1st August for a 4 month supply, then received an email 8 days later advising that another order for a further 3 months supply was on the way. When I requested the order be cancelled they advised I had "auto-suscribed" and it was too late to cancel it... fast forward 4 weeks and the order i didn't place has arrived yet the order I actually placed has not shown up, no tracking updates etc and they charged me twice... avoid this company

Another Chinese scam company who…
Another Chinese scam company who refuses to help you when you need to cancel / get a refund. Like many others I was placed on a subscription I didn’t know about. I received an email saying before we ship this, is the address correct etc. I replied instantly asking them not to ship as I had moved. No reply. 10 emails later. Still no reply. Parcel is missing, money is taken and no one will help. They will reply to this comment saying they want to help, and to send them your details so they can help, then they won’t ever reply after that. Shame because the capsules are good and I’ve been using these on and off for over a year. They’ve lost a customer in me and several of my friends and families now won’t use them either.
