No pagan las retiradas. Solicité una retirada hace más de 5 días (indican un plazo máximo de 96h...) Tras ese tiempo la retirada aparece como "cancelada" y no devuelven los fondos. Desde soporte solo indican buena palabras alegando que el dinero será reembolsado pero no es así. Experiencia lamentable! 😡

Had a small issue with my withdrawal on blitzplay, so i contacted support expecting a long wait. Surprisingly, they replied pretty quickly and guided me through the verification steps, and the payout went through right after. Support like that actually makes a big difference when you’re playing online
