Wish I could give 0 stars
Wish I could give 0 stars! I have NO subscription, but get notifications if there is movement outside. When I open app to view camera it just clocks and times out. ALWAYS! Product is useless unless you pay them more $ to use. Don't recommend. Buy something else!

Taugt nix, Abfrage über USB Stick wird geblog. Hat vor dem Abo perfekt funktioniert. Ergo, bezahlen oder keine Abfrage. Ok, ist vielleicht nur bei mir so. Nicht erst seit heute, sondern seit Abo.

I have a Blink doorbell
I have a Blink doorbell. I called customer service cause I couldn’t get it going. They sent me batteries, but they only sent me two so I called and I said well I’m going to the store and get another battery because you only sent me too. The woman told me that the batteries didn’t work to call back and they’ll just replace the camera so I’ve been trying to call and have the doorbell replaced but customer service is giving me a hard way to go. They wanted me to send them a video I sent them a video of That of me, putting batteries in the doorbell and because they couldn’t see it on their end because they’re telling me that they can’t see it through Google. Well, that’s not my problem. I sent you the video you see that I sent you the video and they still wanna give me a hard way to go refusing to let me speak to a supervisor lying to me that a supervisor is going to call supervisor never calls so now I have to keep calling until I get somebody on the phone that will help me so to have the camera replaced instead of them just sending me a replacement. They’re giving me a hard way to go. I’ve been a customer for years. Wait before these people started working for this company and this is how this is how I’m treated.

The app is what let's blink down
The app is what let's blink down. No multi user support. No ability for arming some cameras and not others. It all or nothing. No ability for schedules per camera. Doorbell function does not work with most cameras. The app is horrendously slow! No ability to control notifications settings, it's all or nothing. Just don't buy them.
