I ordered 3 items on July 30th
I ordered 3 items on July 30th, 2026 it is now September and I haven't received anything. I reach out to BLACKDY support team about 5 times and I was emailed that my merchandise is on its way. Then I got a email in my spam from the support team saying my merchandise has been delivered. I asked the support team to tell me what address they sent it to. And I'm still waiting for a response September 1,2026

Don't use this company, impossible to return items,fob you off with coupon for next purchase which you then can't use,also item quality very poor

⭐ 1/5 – Absolutely dreadful quality. Buyer beware. I honestly don't know how Blackdy can describe its products as being made from “high-quality materials” and claim that every item is inspected by a “quality assurance team” before being sent out. The trousers I received were terrible. The quality is nowhere near what is suggested by the website, and the whole experience has left me feeling that the glossy advertising is doing considerably more work than the actual product. What arrived looks and feels like an extremely cheap piece of clothing that bears little resemblance to the quality I expected when ordering. If this is what Blackdy's “quality assurance” considers acceptable, I'd hate to see what gets rejected. The website makes plenty of claims about quality and customer satisfaction, but my experience has been the complete opposite. They are quite happy to take your money, but when you want to return something, their policy makes the customer responsible for the return postage, meaning you're potentially left paying even more money to get rid of an item that was never worth what you paid for in the first place. For me, this was a complete waste of money and an extremely disappointing purchase. Do yourself a favour and think very carefully before ordering from Blackdy. The photographs and marketing may look good, but based on my experience, the product certainly doesn't live up to the promises. Would I buy from Blackdy again? Absolutely not. Would I recommend them? Not a chance.

This company steals images off facebook This is why if you buy something and it’s low quality and blurry, they have taken someone’s image from FB and removed their watermark. I saw one of my images I posted in a FB Ai group on their clothing. I do not post anything anymore on FB for this very reason.
