Well this is the best underwear I have ever had the pleasure of wearing. I am not like most guys and I am on the smaller side and almost at the micro side of size ...but the comfort on my balls is truly amazing...my current girlfriend lives the look and she almost forgets how small I actually am as the underwear makes my package look much bigger than it is. I can't comment on the fit for the shaft as there's not much for me so for you guys out there I am sorry aboutnot having any feedback on that but for the balls all the sweat has 100% disappeared. I could see if you had a really large package for the showers out there my girlfriend says there could be limited space from some test she has had the pleasure of seeing......I hope this helps

Veldig behagelig. Men skuffet over at de satt veldig løst på rumpen. Jeg bestilte hva de anbefalte av str. skulle gjerne bestilt 5 nye i en str mindre enn jeg bestilte. Kanskje de sitter bedre på.

Not big enough for big guys
Not big enough for big guys Ordered the mystery boxer set as a trial. Decent quality fabric and comfortable enough, but if you're well endowed these simply aren't spacious enough. The pouch stretches rather than accommodates — it's basically just tight fabric trying its best. Fine for average blokes but if you've got a lot going on downstairs, look elsewhere. Arrived from China in 11 days despite the UK storefront which was a pleasant surprise. Won't be reordering.

BKIEO customer service falls flat - but fully addressed
I am amending my original review below based on timely and sincere followup from BKIEO. The company took full responsibility for the breakdown in communication and went above and beyond to make things right. Five stars - first for acknowledging the lack of proper after-service support, and second, for the manner in which they addressed and resolved my concerns. ~~ I made my first purchase from BKIEO. While the underwear quality was fine, I contacted the company about exchanging for a longer leg style. After several days, they responded with options that involved some costs on my side. Fair enough. Based on my order, I asked for the estimated cost and next steps. Ten days and three reminders later, still no reply. While disappointing, it shows what little focus most online retailers pay to customer service these days.
