I LOVE my carrier
I LOVE my carrier - is super comfortable and stylish. My baby is nearly 5 months old and I wear it every day. The material is great quality and the magnetic clip is a game changer!! My baby is very comfy and easy to adjust as they grow! Really recommend anyone!

Absolutely terrible service and £55 down with the wrong product!
I have had a terrible and extremely poor experience with Bizzi Growin and would not use them again. I ordered a Chelsea Black Baby Travel Crib Changing Bag / POD, but the wrong product was sent. Bizzi Growin has acknowledged that the wrong item was supplied. They can't even get their orders correct! Since then, the return process has been a complete mess. They arranged a collection, but it failed twice despite me waiting in. I had provided clear access information and photographs showing the correct entrance. I then requested a return label, but the label caused further issues. I first took the parcel to the Post Office and was told the label could not be accepted. Bizzi Growin then said it needed to go via a drop-off point, so I went to a drop-off location, only to be given a receipt confirming that they could not accept or recognise the return label. Throughout this process, communication has been abrupt and unhelpful, with absolutely no regard for the time and inconvenience caused. This was especially upsetting because the bag was needed urgently for my daughter, who is due to have her baby this week. I am now left having paid for a product I did not order, with no refund yet provided, despite weeks of unnecessary back and forth. The issue was caused by Bizzi Growin sending the wrong product, yet I have had to spend significant time trying to resolve it. Very disgraceful, rude and disappointing service. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience and will share my experience far and wide.

Exceptional baby carrier
I have used the Nomad Air every day since my baby was two months old and love it. It is very comfortable and it looks great too!
