Sold us a CRM with no lead management, then told us it was our fault
We're a dental clinic in Istanbul. We paid US$69 for Bitrix24 Basic on 17 August 2026. Here's what that bought us. Bitrix24 took the money at 16:53 and then left our portal running on the Free plan for the next forty minutes. Their billing page said "Free." Their support page said "You're currently on the Bitrix24 Basic plan." Both at the same time. Their own compatibility checker confirmed nothing was wrong on our side. They charged us for one product and served us another, and said nothing. Then the real problem. We bought Basic to manage leads — the single most basic function of any CRM on the market. Leads are not in Basic. Not limited. Not capped. Absent. And Bitrix24's own in-app purchase screen — the one you actually buy through — describes the tier above as "Everything in Basic, plus… unlimited leads." Any normal person reads that as "Basic has leads, Standard removes the limit." Nothing on that screen tells you the module isn't there at all. Same evening, blocked from CRM Marketing as well — while our own plan limits page cheerfully reports 10,000 emails remaining this month. Two paywalls in one day, on the day we paid. We never demanded a refund. We accepted their no-refund policy in writing and asked for exactly one thing: waive the $75 difference to move to the plan that does the job. The answer was clause 7.5 of the Terms of Service, and the line that our purchase "can only be considered as your well informed decision." Nine hours later, across live chat and two emails, still no answer to the actual question. So: a billing system that takes your money before the product is ready. Purchase screens that describe what a plan contains by listing what the next one adds. And a support desk that answers a paying customer's goodwill request with a policy citation and a lesson in reading comprehension. The software is competent. The company is the problem.

Very disappointing
Very disappointing. Today everything is down all day because they try to increase the plan prices and they disabled by fault all Rest API System!!!

Was für ein Schmu!
Was für ein Schmu! Einiges ist gleich zu Beginn kostenpflichtig, was völlig in Ordnung ist. Bei anderen Punkten, wie der Projekterstellung, erscheint es anfangs kostenlos, dass man sich die Mühe macht, damit zu arbeiten und sie einzurichten. Und plötzlich kostet es, wenn man darauf zugreifen möchte. Nein danke, anständig ist anders.

No direct support, using professional plan however many things are not working.. if you are a SME just go with free plan .. else you need twice

Terrible CRM
Terrible CRM, poor customer service. I emailed about cancelling my membership a week before the renewal date and never received a response, yet they still renewed my subscription. Definitely NOT recommended.
