Fondi bloccati senza motivo e assistenza inesistente. State alla larga!
oglio mettere in guardia tutti gli utenti su BitMart: la mia esperienza con questo exchange è pessima. Da giorni i miei fondi sono completamente bloccati sulla piattaforma e non mi è permesso effettuare prelievi.Ho seguito tutte le procedure standard e la mia verifica dell'identità (KYC) risulta regolarmente approvata, eppure l'exchange ha congelato il mio account senza fornire alcuna spiegazione valida o preavviso.La cosa più inaccettabile è la totale assenza del servizio clienti: ho aperto diversi ticket di assistenza e provato a contattarli, ma ricevo solo risposte automatiche o un silenzio assoluto. Non c'è trasparenza e non c'è tutela per i risparmi degli utenti. Trattenere il denaro delle persone impedendo i prelievi e rifiutando il dialogo è un comportamento gravissimo per una piattaforma finanziaria. Sconsiglio vivamente di depositare i vostri soldi su BitMart se non volete rischiare di vederli sparire o rimanere bloccati a tempo indeterminato.

У меня завис депозит поддержка не отвечает по почте не отвечают испробовал все связи А сами обещали поддержку до января биржа на них надо подать в суд собраться вме вместе и подать жалобу чтобы и ещё заплатили иск пожалуйста кто не буд откликнитесь у меня на бирже лежат 1551 usdt не знаю как вернуть

Bitmart is a scam & stole 2440 usdt
Quite simply, BitMart is a scam platform. They stole our money and disappeared without a trace. False promises, and customers’ funds have been taken without any accountability or legal protection for customers’ money. There is no support team responding, and withdrawals are not being processed. Unfortunately, the crypto market has become a market full of scams and theft because of platforms like this. After they announced that they were stopping their services and operations and were on their way to shutting down, they asked customers to withdraw their funds. Yet here we are, more than two months later, and no one is able to withdraw their money. And with unbelievable audacity, their website and app are still operating and accepting customers’ funds without any problem. But when it comes to withdrawing your own money, it is simply impossible. Unfortunately, every now and then, another platform announces that it is shutting down — or, to put it more accurately, scamming its customers and stealing their funds. This is becoming an unacceptable situation. Where is the accountability? And where are the authorities that are supposed to protect crypto users’ funds? my funds 2440 usdt was
