I have the BISSELL PowerLifter Swivel…
I have the BISSELL PowerLifter Swivel Pet Rewind, Bagless, Upright Vacuum, Pet Friendly, Triple Action Brush Roll, Automatic Cord Rewind, Scatter Free Technology, 2259, Black & Purple and it was not worth the money. It is so hard to push and im in my 30s, work out 3 times a week and it is so hard to push the vacuum. Buy a different brand, vacuum is incredible hard to push on the carpet and I only have throw rugs that are 4×6 and 5×7. Only had vacuum a few months and is horrible.

Don’t bother! Aftercare dreadful!
Dreadful customer service . Had the revolution hydro steam . Terrible carpet cleaner left carpets wet . Did not suck up water efficiently so rug took forever to dry . Customer service offered repair however bought in April so obviously a fault . Bissell would not escalate complaint in fact did not respond to my request . Would not purchase anything from Bissell again!

Worst customer service I've ever…
Worst customer service I've ever experienced, product ordered, no tracking information, no dispatched message and once i emailed them they say they tried and failed to deliver it, no emails, nothing, 4 weeks I was waiting on this product and I doubt very much delivery was even attempted. Naturally you would think they'd try again, nope, refund and see you never, held my money for 4 weeks when i could have went somewhere else.

I am writing to formally log a complaint and express my deep frustration with BISSELL UK. A few days ago, during the promotion period, I wanted to buy a BISSELL CrossWave. I subscribed to their newsletter and successfully received a 20% welcome discount code. Based on this, I decided to purchase directly from BISSELL's official website instead of other platforms.However, when checking out, the code simply DID NOT WORK. I tested it on a promotional item and also on a completely FULL-PRICED machine (CrossWave OmniForce Edge at £379.99, not on sale, not a bundle). The system rejected it on both. Due to this website technical failure, I wasted a massive amount of time at checkout and ultimately missed the entire promotion window completely. When I contacted customer service, they just emailed me a standard, generic copy-paste reply explaining the discount policy, completely ignoring my point that the code failed on a valid, full-priced item too. I no longer wish to ask for or pursue any discount from BISSELL as this experience has been highly disappointing and uncomfortable. However, I want to publicly warn other customers about this broken system. Their faulty website and careless customer support have left a very poor impression on me as a new customer. Absolutely unacceptable.

What a nightmare using the Bissell…
What a nightmare using the Bissell website. I only wanted to order a new carpet cleaner to replace my old Bissell. I was pushed to sign up for the 20% marketing, then it said I could get another discount and the site then jammed.:( I lost the will to live with it and now ordered another machine with the top internet seller.:) If buying a machine from them is hard god help you if you need customer support or a replacement.
