Good customer service
After years having the original kit from when they started production, the battery in the unit died. After contact with customer service, I needed to buy a replacement, however the one received was for the newer model so I had a misfit, but to mitigate this, they send me the new unit for the wraps as well, so I am fully upgraded, back in action and looking forward to make progress again.

Proud to be one of the early adopters…
Proud to be one of the early adopters of this amazing invention and never looked back. Have kept my weight in check and a great complement to my regular outdoor exercises. Service Support team has always been exceptional especially Doha who has helped me of late. Great product and I highly recommended it!

Customer team responds really quickly and support is given when needed. Leil was really great, taking speedy action where needed and solving problems fast. Really made the whole process smooth and easy! Thank you Leil!
