My bad experience with Binance
My experience with Binance - Please be aware I have been a Binance user for a long time. Previously, I sent payments twice to the same wallet address without any issue. Binance processed those transactions successfully. Recently, I sent another payment of $90 to the same address to pay a Forex educator for tutorial videos and mentoring. This time Binance informed me that the address violates its Terms of Use and froze my account for an investigation. As a result, about $1,450 of my personal funds—which are unrelated to the $90 payment—are frozen until approximately 20 August. I understand Binance has to investigate suspicious activity. However, I question why the same address was accepted previously and then later treated differently, and why the entire account must be frozen for more than 40 days instead of only the transaction under review. Binance should reviews this policy and finds a fairer way to handle situations where users may have acted in good faith without knowing an address had become problematic.

Time wasting customer service
I had a problem with using my account. I spent significant time with three people in a row, with all three delclaring that everything was "okay". The first two times, I believed them, and went away happy, giving high reviews - and then tried to use my account and discovered it hadn't been solved. The third person tried to do the same - fortunately, I was wise to it, and persisted until I had the answer I needed - not what I wanted to hear - and still good to know. The third person obviously realised I was fed up with the service, and did not allow me to leave a review. Maybe she will read it here.

my binance account is blocked and I've tried calling them to find out why and they're not giving me a valid reason, they just say they're investigating and they will get back to me. Don't trust binance, it's very unreliable I tell you
