Ok but they didnt register it???
The cavity wall insulation went ok although my house doesnt feel any warmer but when I went online on my council/gov website to check if it has been registered to my property it hadnt and that was 2 years ago. I emailed them and it bounced back as blocked! They should have done this. Why didnt they do this?

Garbage, new build and nearly all the wall cavity insulation appears to be missing and the roof insulation only 100mm in areas, building codes state 300mm, i guess with a persimmon home you only get a part filled cavity, as everything else is half finished, filled the loft myself and will probably have to pay for another contractor in to fill the cavity, tried emailing billsave but they slopey shouldered me off to persimmon who just ignore emails regardless, id give 0/10 if it was possible

Billsave insulation recommended
Polite and helpful staff. Very efficient and tidy workmanship and hopefully this insulation will prove an asset once the colder weather returns. An added bonus was the discovery that we were eligible for a free installation. If Billsave had never approached us, we would not have known and these houses were very cold as they were built with no insulation of any kind. We were very grateful to the company and would recommend them to anyone considering this type of work. The tiny grey balls they use are blended with a mild adhesive to bond the filling. (This prevents it pouring out if any other work is done) there is no threat of damp like there was with the old foam method.
