2 weeks no refund
going on 2 weeks now, still don't have my refund. filed a complaint with the BBB and now disputing the transaction with my card issuer. guess we'll see if i get a response or resolution. i would advise not doing business with this company. buy direct from suppliers in the EU, their consumer protections are better, they almost always have stock so no delays, and they will overnight via fedex direct to your doorstep. i shouldn't have to file a complaint and dispute the transaction just to get my money back. If you can accept payment immediately, there's no reason it should take 3 weeks just to refund it.

Not recommended
Based on a single experience, I can't give any more than 2 stars because after 6 weeks of waiting and some personal reassurances, they abruptly cancelled my order. Only reason it's not 1 star is because I didn't have to chase them down for a refund.

Placed an order on June 14th
Placed an order on June 14th, it is now August 9th & I’ve received no exhaust and now they’re telling me it’s gonna take 75 days to process a refund because I disputed the charges before they issued a refund. Stay far away from this place and order from the actual dealer because this is insane. I’ll update this to something better if I get my $400 back but don’t risk it here.

Ordered a M4 pipe from them seven weeks…
Ordered a M4 pipe from them seven weeks ago it takes six weeks for production at the M4 plant for them to tell me on the seventh week that they no longer work with M4 so they can’t do any M4 orders. Their website has not been updated. I ordered it and then they told me the last minute that they’re not working with them no more and they cancel my order and now I gotta wait another 10 days to get my money back. Do not order anything from them very poor communication they didn’t even try to see if I wanted to get something else.
