⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service — Went Above and Beyond When It Mattered Most
When I found myself in the middle of a complex Spanish immigration application with incorrect translations already in hand and a tight deadline looming, BigTranslations didn't just help me — they rescued me. Through no fault of theirs, I had ordered the wrong type of translation for my documents. Without clear guidance from my legal team, I was navigating the difference between standard and sworn (traductor jurado) translations largely on my own. BigTranslations stepped in with expertise, patience, and a level of personal attention I genuinely didn't expect. I have to give a special shout-out to María José Esparcia, who was my primary contact throughout the process. She moved heaven and earth to get my corrected translations processed on an expedited basis, communicated every step of the way, and never once made me feel like my situation was an inconvenience. Her professionalism and calm under pressure were exactly what I needed. And Lumi Pérez in the Translation Department was equally wonderful — attentive, thorough, and genuinely invested in getting everything right. Together, these two made what could have been a stressful, costly mistake into a manageable situation with a clean resolution. The quality of the final sworn translations was excellent, and everything arrived in time to move my application forward. If you need certified or sworn translations — especially for Spanish immigration or visa applications — I cannot recommend BigTranslations highly enough. And if you're lucky enough to work with María José or Lumi, you're in the very best hands.
