Terrible online store
Terrible online store. I had an item on preorder for a year now and it keeps getting pushed back yet I see it being sold on eBay. 0/5 stars if possible. Don’t buy from this online store

There is no option of zero stars…
There is no option of zero stars otherwise I would give zero, shambles from start to finish. I ordered 7 items in total and they were shipped in two separate packages, a package of 3 items and another package of 4 items. Well both packages were lost and couldn't track either of them for 2 weeks, upon emailing and asking for help I received zero help and no reply for 11 days then only received an email after sending a second email demanding an answer and help with tracking the products. Even then the reply was of no help and no accountability just the usual nonsense and asking for patience. Well then, it took 3 weeks to receive part of the package I ordered, I ordered 7 items in total and only received 3, the other 4 items got sent back as the declaration form wasn't filled in correctly. Amateur hour stuff really and it's totally unacceptable especially considering it's such a well-known and reputable company. My advise to customers would be stay well clear and avoid, depends on what your interested in purchasing but I have purchased one or two things from iamretro so I would recommend checking that site and seeing if they have what your looking to purchase and I'd purchase from there

at first they admitted the postal mistake then conveniently my messages and theirs all dissappeared from my account message portal on their website -

Never order from this company.
I placed an order with them on the 20th. I was told it would take 5-7 business days but it hasn't even moved from the courier. I contacted customer disservice but all they could do was offer some lame excuse. I asked them to either replace my order or give me a refund.

Happy I gave them a chance
From most of the negative reviews I have seen, those are towards preorders. I did not do a preorder, my item was in stock so I can not speak about those. I had been looking everywhere for the Youtooz Sable Ward figure. It was completely sold out on the Youtooz site and the very few resellers I found wanted triple the price. I did a google search and it brought up big bad toy store. I did my research on reddit, tiktok, here. I saw almost 100% good on reddit and the only bad was again about preorders so I decided to risk it. My figure shipped the same day and got here within a couple days. It was packaged in bubble wrap and came with a sticker. She is in perfect condition and I love her on my desk. The price was not skyrocketed and I paid the same I would from the actual youtooz site. Overall, I'm very happy.
