Ho comprato 2 pacchetti di penne BIC Round Stic e la metà non va oppure scrive poche righe in sbiadito e poi smette. Ho provato tutti i modi per riattivarle ma nulla. Ho persino provato a scrivere una mail al servizio clienti ma il sito risulta sembra inagibile proprio nella sezione contattaci

Terrible and cheap manufacturing of Bic pens: I have been using your Bic pens for the…
I have been using your Bic pens for the last 50 years, but my last two purchases from Officeworks Is less than disappointing. Terrible in fact. When new, the ink barely comes out and you have to press hard. It comes out with very fine ink and doesn’t come good till halfway through and then it starts leaking toward the end. Also the pen and ink barrel fall out of the plastic outer and I’ve had to tape the barrel to the pen. Obviously there is no more quality control. And it is also obvious that you are using a much cheaper manufacturer. Hence the one Star and I’d rather give it a zero but One can’t.

I bought this BIC kitchen lighter…
I bought this BIC kitchen lighter expecting a reliable and refillable product, as any reasonable customer would for a lighter of this size. To my absolute shock, it turned out to be completely non-refillable and disposable! This feels like nothing short of a cash grab and a dishonest business practice. They rely on the fact that most customers won't read the tiny fine print on the packaging for something as simple as a lighter. Making a large plastic lighter disposable just to force customers to keep buying new ones is pure greed—not to mention terrible for the environment. Actions like this make what used to be a trusted brand look cheap, scammy, and completely untrustworthy. I am extremely disappointed and will never purchase any products from this company again. Save your money and buy a refillable brand instead!

Quality of your lighters…
Seems like the quality of your lighters have really went down. Lighters now last no time at all. Seems like price goes up and product quality goes down. I have used bics all my life, here in the last year or two they last about a week to a week and a half. I remember when I could buy a Bic lighter and it would last me almost a month.

Amazing lighter for cigarettes and starting campfires in the summer thats what it was for me untill it blew up in my hand and started burning almost setting my house on fire
