Bad Contact Info - Order 90250 BM
I tried to contact them via email about an order issue and the email address is invalid. When I call I talk to an automated voice named Michaela. She then forwards me to Stephen which turns out to be voicemail. How do I get legit contact info for this company? I ordered a personalized key chain but during the ordering process I was never prompted to provide the text information. So I am being shipped a blank key chain which does me no good.

I sent an older photo of our wedding 65…
I sent an older photo of our wedding 65 years ago. This was a gift to my wife of these 65 years. I received this memory within a week and was exceedingly pleased! The entire quality was exceptional and the image of the two of us was perfect! My wife, through her tears, said this was the best and most amazing gift I ever gave her! Thank you for your care and professionalism!

I would not recommend this product
I would not recommend this product. The advertising looks great, and the end product is great. However, if you do not look directly at it, half of the photo engraved is blackness. It looks like a black hole. And I am telling you, this is looking from even the slightest angle possible. If you look direct, it is great. But how often do you look direct? I asked service, the first person responded that the black dead space is not normal, but then someone else replied saying it was supposed to look like a shadow? Like what? They advertise that you only need one picture, never say there are any issues either. If they would say that the picture provided would not work as well, then they should say that. If I recall, they even say that you will be giving a preview to say if you like it prior to it being made, but I never got any kind of preview. Just the final product when it was delivered. I just wouldn't recommend it. It costs too much to be disappointed later.

Deceptive advertising
Deceptive advertising. Have and have had incorrect size of mini cube listed for at least 5 weeks. Purchased 2 mini cube memorial crystals listed at 2.36" x 2.36" - particularly because they were the same size as one the receipient already had. First batch received was on a less than 2" x 2" mini cube that cut the image off at the top. Responsive customer service agent said size was mislisted due to recent "web site changes", and said "correct" size for what I paid was the smaller but that they had incorrectly printed as if it "would" have been 2.36"? Offered a larger 3" cube but that would have been too big for display area - so had them reprint a "correct" image on the smaller 2" ones. Site still has wrong specs 5 weeks later. You're not getting what you think you paid for.

Misleading Promotions and long shipping times
Despite the clear promotion around “Free Express Shipping for Orders $79+” my $229 order was initially set for standard shipping with 7 business days arrival estimate. I reached out to customer service to expedite shipping and they charged $49 for hight priority shipping. Beware of long shipping dates before putting order.
