WARNING
WARNING. I deposited money and it never went onto my balance. I went on live chat and sent screenshots and a bank statement. They confirmed that I had deposited and advised that it would go on or I would get a refund. Long story short. I've been back on live chat another 4 times since and was asked to send more bank statements. I was told I'd be emailed but never did. It's been nearly 2 months and nothing. They've just stolen my money. AVOID THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM SITE.

They do. it hkr their own offered bonuses, even when discussed with VIP manager was told after years of being a customer that the new years amount posted in my VIP account was not actually what they give it's just there for nothing. lost a player over $375, zodiac casino gave me that yesterday for nothing just for being a customer for whatever time and they do all the time don't waste your time with this b*******.

Avoid!! Refuses to Honour Promos, Exploits Players with Fine Print Games
Avoid this platform at all costs. I submitted a review during their promotional period with full proof, timestamps, and email confirmations to back it. They delayed publishing the review through no fault of mine, and once it finally went live, they refused to honour the promotion tied to it. Let that sink in: They ran a campaign, got the exposure and traffic they wanted, then turned around and told me I no longer qualify because of a delay they caused. They’re happy to profit off your efforts, but when it’s time to hold up their end? Suddenly it’s radio silence, deflection, or “terms and conditions.” This is textbook bad-faith behavior: exploit the user, reap the benefits, deny the payout. I’ve since documented everything and will be reporting this brand across every watchdog and regulatory body I can find. If you value transparency, fair treatment, or basic accountability. They don’t deserve your trust. They don’t even deserve your traffic.
