Great service and prompt delivery. All products received as advertised. Had a delivery issue which turned out to be the local carrier but they managed to fillies up regardless. Great service. Great variety of products available.

Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support – Motor failed after 2 months of minimal use! I ordered from this shop, and the package was delivered on March 28. Even though I’ve had it for about two months, I have only actually used it a handful of times. Despite this minimal use, the motor of my Hstar D43-01Q completely stopped working. When I contacted customer service, they couldn't care less. They completely refused to offer a replacement, a refund, or even a fair compromise. Instead, they tried to hide behind the excuse that a motor dying after just a few uses is normal "wear and tear," expecting me to pay for a new one out of my own pocket—which is ridiculous for something that was barely used. I have never misused the car, nor have I modified it in any way; it is completely stock. It’s honestly bizarre how their response frames the situation as if I did something wrong or altered the vehicle to cause this defect. Extremely disappointed with the lack of support and zero willingness to help. Save your money and buy from a seller who actually stands behind their products and respects basic consumer rights.

0 star if it was possible…… Bought a remote control car which had a very high pitched sound to it which was never seen in the YouTube reviews! The sound was so unbearable. I made a video of it. I sent it to a guy called Sam who handles the emails. He said he sent the video to the factory and they said the car is “noisy”….. must be the Chinese word for high pitch sound?? So he agreed that I would have to pay for the shipping back to China as the car is not faulty because apparently it functions correctly….. I opened up a dispute via PayPal and they passed judgement that I was right about the product is faulty! Now he had been informed by PayPal to refund me. The one thing PayPal cannot enforce on the seller is my shipping cost back to China just whatever I paid initially…..

Gute Preise, sehr schnelle Lieferung, freundlicher und schneller Kontakt, gerne wieder. Das Sortiment ist zwar aus Sicht von RC-Modellen nicht sehr umfangreich, dafür gibt es hier Modelle (wie auch Zubehör), die man sonst so nicht findet.
