Esperienza estremamente negativa – Milano Centrale Ho cambiato 200 USD presso la filiale Best and Fast Change all’interno della Stazione Centrale di Milano e ho ricevuto soltanto 110,30 €. Quando mi è stato comunicato l’importo che avrei ricevuto, ho immediatamente chiesto di annullare la transazione e riavere i miei soldi. Mi è stato però risposto che non era possibile perché, una volta consegnati il documento d’identità e il denaro, la transazione non poteva più essere annullata. Mi è stato indicato che questa condizione era riportata su un avviso scritto in caratteri piccoli sul vetro. Trovo questa modalità estremamente poco trasparente. Prima di consegnare il denaro, il cliente dovrebbe essere informato in modo chiaro del tasso di cambio effettivo e dell’importo netto che riceverà, soprattutto quando si tratta di una differenza così significativa. Invito chiunque debba cambiare valuta alla Stazione Centrale di Milano a controllare attentamente il tasso di cambio, tutte le commissioni e l’importo finale prima di consegnare il denaro. Per la mia esperienza, non mi rivolgerò mai più a questa società.

Currency exchange completed after I explicitly told the cashier not to proceed I visited Best and Fast Change in Venice (Cannaregio 3944) on 10 August 2026. I handed over £50 and $38 after asking the cashier how many euros I would receive. I was then told I would receive approximately €54. I immediately rejected the quotation and repeatedly asked for my £50 and $38 back. The cashier refused. She told me that because I had handed the money across the counter, the transaction was already final and referred to a notice concerning money being “delivered” and no refunds. I repeatedly made clear that I did not agree to the exchange and did not want her to proceed. Despite this, the transaction was processed and I was ultimately given €54.25. My issue is not simply that the exchange rate was extremely poor. My issue is that I rejected the quotation, requested my original currency back and expressly told the cashier not to complete the exchange, but it was completed anyway. I have retained the transaction receipt. I have now formally reported the matter to the Italian Competition and Market Authority (AGCM) and have submitted a written complaint to Best and Fast Change requesting an investigation and preservation of the relevant CCTV and transaction records. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this service to establish in writing before handing over any currency exactly how many euros they will receive and at what point the company considers the transaction irrevocable.

If there was an option to give negative star on this company I would have given negative. Avoid this money exchange at all cost. They are absolute scammer. The exchange rate they offer is way below market rate for $1USD to €1 euro the current rate is 0.8668. They are only offering 0.74 on top of that they include 19.9% service charge + VAT without any explanation they exchanged my money and I was handed peanuts. For $1100 I was given €670 only. I refused to take the money and requested them to return my dollars. All these happened within seconds I checked the service charge and exchange rate I wasn’t happy with it, asked them to return my money Asap but they refused. They are thief, they are scammers. Avoid this money exchange at any cost whatsoever. Specially the one in Pyramide Paris. Scammers and thieves they are, avoid them at all costs. Terrible service, worst experience. Worst customer service.

These people are thieves, they took advantage or i would even consider that it was pure theft while vacationing in Venice. I negotiated a rate for a substantial amount of Euros against CAD, after setting a clear rate to exchange $600 CDN they took on top of the rate of 1.65 Euro/CAD a commission of $160 CAD, i explicitly negotiated an all in rate.I pleaded with the teller to just reverse the transaction and return my CAD currency at the counter when she put the receipt and Euros in the tray.She refused.I started yelling and she was frightened and went into hiding and closed the metal curtain.I regret not calling the police, however did want to ruin my vacation in Venice.

It’s a complete rip‑off — avoid this place.
I exchanged £50 and received only €50 at 'Best and Fast Change España' on La Rambla 114, Barcelona, even though the official exchange rate that day was around 1.17. The lady at the counter also proudly telling me she did not charge commission, but clearly the rate they use is nowhere near the real market rate. When I asked to reverse the transaction, she said it was not possible. I would never exchange money with them again.
