Attempted theft.
I had never heard of this company before receiving a blocked charge on my bank account for $393.90 from B-Epic Worldwide LLC. I am fairly certain they purchased my card details (which had been compromised and the card subsequently frozen) from which ever scam of a "company" stole them. Scammy (and scummy) behaviour on the part of "B-Epic" to charge the bank cards of people who've never had a single interaction with the company. Broad daylight thievery.

A traves de esta empresa me han cargado 403,90$ en la tarjeta VISA, el dia 28/7/2026, debido a que tienen mala seguridad on-line, de esta forma no impiden que los delincuentes cometan estafas.

Wouldn't Recommend. For me, this was a weight loss product which led to weight gain and swelling. When I tried returning the unused product, I was told no returns because it was a multi-pack. No where in my ordering experience did the software or seller say "Hey, just a note, that because you are ordering a multi-pack you will not be able to return this product if it doesn't work for you". Had I received that warning I would have changed my purchase to preserve the right to return unused product.

TRI GLP Review: Poor Customer Service, Shipping Delays & Communication Issues
I ordered TRI GLP through ORYGN on May 25, 2026 and spent approximately $220 CAD. My order did not ship, and I had to contact support myself on June 5 to find out what was happening. I was told the order would be reshipped. At no point during that interaction was I informed that the product was on backorder. Weeks later, I learned that TRI GLP had undergone a packaging and formula transition. My invoice showed a “TRI GLP 3 PACK,” but I received 2 bottles. This resulted in additional confusion and multiple emails before I received a clear explanation. I was later told that a mass email had been sent regarding the product transition, but I never received it. More importantly, once my paid order became delayed and remained unfulfilled, I believe I should have been contacted directly regarding my specific order. A general email is not a substitute for communicating with a customer whose order has not shipped. What frustrated me most was the lack of communication throughout the process. I repeatedly had to follow up to get answers regarding the delay, the backorder, and the packaging change. The compensation offered for this experience was a $10 credit on an order of approximately $220 CAD. Notably, an apology was not offered until I specifically raised concerns regarding the lack of communication, acknowledgment, and empathy shown throughout the handling of this order. While explanations and an apology were eventually provided, they only came after multiple follow-ups. For anyone researching TRI GLP, ORYGN, Origin, or B-Epic, this was my experience. Based on the way this order was handled, I will not be ordering again.

I’m really having a problem with my order. I ordered detox tea two months ago and paid $120. After waiting for 5 weeks, I sent an email to ask about my order. I was told that my parcel had been delayed, and they apologized for the inconvenience. Now it has been a full 2 months, so I emailed them again asking about my order. They are now telling me that I rejected the parcel, which is not true. I never received anything at all. They are also saying they will not resend the order or issue a refund. I really do not know what to do because nothing was delivered to me.
