The hat was very poor quality customer service was not helpful at all. They would not even consider a full refund even after the pictures I sent that clearly showed defects. Bad defects. This is one sorry company and I have put it on Facebook and everywhere else I could not to order.

The brim on the hat was all warped up because it was shipped in a bag
The hat took forever to get here. It was not in a box so the brim is all warped up. There's some type of stain on the brim. I don't know why they asked for the size because it doesn't have a size in it anywhere and it is very big to be a large. The hat band is all wrinkled up also. This is a very cheaply made hat and customer service would not even consider a refund for the full amount. They offered a measly $5. I have posted on marketplace Facebook for everyone to stay away from this company. It's terrible.

Avoid this seller. My hat arrived stuffed into a soft shipping bag like an old T-shirt. No hat box. No protection. No concern whatsoever for the product. The result? A completely crushed, deformed hat with damage to the brim, including a tear/nick. It looked like it had been stepped on before delivery. I honestly cannot understand how a company that sells hats thinks it is acceptable to ship them this way. The packaging virtually guaranteed damage during transit. The hat I received is not wearable, not presentable, and not worth what I paid. This is one of the worst packaging decisions I have ever seen from an online retailer. If you’re expecting a hat that arrives in the condition shown on the website, think twice. I received an expensive pile of crushed felt in a bag.

Shame on me for not checking these reviews. I fell in love with the hat and ordered it. Well, just like everybody else here says, it was not wrapped in any kind of packaging and completely distorted when I removed it from the packing. Not only that it’s crap crap crap crap. So this is nothing more than a Scam company how to make a quick dollar. Hiding behind the website. I doubt seriously I’ll hear from anybody about a refund. Too bad I don’t live in New Jersey anymore. I would pay this person in Valleystream NY visit.

It took one month and one day to arrive. The hat arrived in a plastic bag partially crushed. Product was substandard quality. It did have some blemishes. It really is so bad. I want my refund or dispute payment with credit card company. Ray
