Huge disappointment
I have only received one item out of the 3 that I ordered, and it was the cheapest one. The rest never arrived. I have contacted the customer support via email, the online form, even tried messenger. Zero response. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Would have given 0 star if could. They sent me the complete wrong item and are refusing to give me a full refund and keep saying I have to pay to send the item back the responses are starting to all sound the same. They keep saying the item I ordered was out of stock yet not once has it shown out of stock on there site so I imagine others are still trying to buy it. They are one of the worst companies I have had to deal With I mean if an item is out of stock who sends something completely different in both style and colour. I’ve submitted a claim with my credit card as it’s clear they won’t give a full refund and just keep saying I have to sent the item back and pay for the shipping the complete oppersit to what it says on there own website. This is clearly a scam company.

Do Not Buy from Belle Poque
I was sent completely different items than I ordered and keep receiving a generic reply from a non-existent 'Ava'. I have now sent 5 emails over the past few weeks and only receive the same generic reply each time. No-one is engaging with me. I haven't received the correct items or a refund or any enghagement at all and I have no use for the items I have received. Do not buy from here.

Item took forever to arrive (comes from China); while waiting I decided I wanted to cancel my order. Emailed their listed support address (twice) and received no reply. Item arrived and was terrible quality - fits weird and cheap fabric. I followed their return/refund request process by emailing their support address with the info they need. Never got a reply. Emailed them eight times and never got a reply. Fortunately I made this purchase via PayPal and was able to file a dispute. PP processed my refund within minutes.

BEWARE I ordered 10 items and only…
BEWARE I ordered 10 items and only received six at first. After a month of complaining, I got a notification that the remaining four had been sent, but I only received one item in the package. The last three items are listed as delivered, and they are nowhere to be found. No one responds to their support emails. Bad business practices. I edited my review. I complained about the three missing items. I still didn’t get a reply, but I did see that I was refunded the money for the missing items. So the experience was still bad, but after a long while they made it right in the end.
