If the Bee Network Buses are for the…
If the Bee Network Buses are for the public then surely someone should remind their employees from inspectors to drivers. Without the passengers they just dont have jobs - I've noticed that their health of their drivers seems they are eating too many burgers whilst they wait to take a late bus out. Now that Andy Burnham is no longer Mayor of Manchester will Bev Craig Mayoress of Manchester get a grip of it? Doubt it.

Got onto the 425 Service to Holts…
Got onto the 425 Service to Holts Estate when the driver got aggressive and abusive telling us he was already going but he still had 4 minutes left on the app,He clearly had a bad attitude and taking it out on me and my partner..accused us of being liars and foreign..Very disgusting Behaviour for a driver..

Terrible experience
Terrible experience, tried to use for the cure gig at whythenshaw, we were informed while we were in the queue that some of the buses had broken down, and the queues were massive, ended up getting an Uber or we'd have missed the start of the gig. On the bus on the way back not one person was checked for a wristband to see if they had paid. Total waste of money.

Drivers dont give a shxt.
Just moved to manchester from Scotland inwas already pre warned that public services are not as good as scotlands here abd im afraid so far its been correct. Unreliable buses.... they dont stop at the stops unless your stood up waving them down. Scottish buses do their due diligence and stop at each stop. You dont know if someone is disabled and needs to sit down and get themselves up. It takes me 2 hours to get to work.. your buses most times are every 30 minutes to a hour... especially Sundays. So it's really crap that your drivers just fly by stops with 0 consideration. Im now going to be late for work. Yall are trash.

I reported my phone lost on the bus…
I reported my phone lost on the bus yesterday. I am happy to say that when I got to Piccadilly yesterday afternoon, I spoke to some incredibly helpful drivers, I'm afraid I don't know their names but they were lovely and a credit to your company. My phone had been handed in to them and after checking I was the rightful owner they gave it back to me. I was very impressed by their handling of the situation and would like to commend them on their professionalism and friendliness.
