DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
If you are in any way persuaded by the “12 month guarantee” then I can tell you categorically that no such thing exists. I had John treat two rooms for bed bugs, some months later they came back, and after inquiring about a follow up appointment he suddenly disappeared - stopped answering his phone, his WhatsApp (though he DID read the message) and his emails. And John, if you do decide to reply on here (which would be a first) claiming that I am a fake customer or a competitor, I have numerous screenshots and receipts that I’d love to share with you (if you ever get round to it) - Anthony

Wonderful Service
My experience with Bed bug experts was 100% positive. After seeing a bed bug in my bedroom, I rang the company in a panic. I spoke to John who was extremely helpful. He sent Gareth round within a couple of hours to treat the problem. Gareth was amazing and calmed me down by explaining the whole process. He is a lovely kind man which is just what you need in these circumstances. The best thing about the treatment is that you don't have to clear out your cupboards and wardrobes and do huge and stressful preparation work beforehand, not to mention the year-long guarantee. After the treatment I was on a high with relief. I can't recommend this company enough. Thank you John and Gareth.

ACHTUNG!!Diese "Produkten" und firma sind total Betrüger!!! Die Ware ist zu spät angekommen, Im kaputten zustand und abgefühlten flaschen mit WASSSER UND EINWENIG WASCHPULWER!Ich erhilt bis heute mein Geld nicht zurück!
