Buyers beware

Buyer beware of beauty forever my order number is BFM970627220605377131. Do not order from this company, they take your money. I been waiting on my refund for 3 weeks now. I emailed them several times still no answer. Mike,Larry,James and AI Nancy keep repeating the same thing over and over again. I suppose to have had free shipping but I had to pay 10.60 for me ship it back myself. As of today still no response and no refund.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I returned 3 wigs on 8-15-2026 costing me over $40 in which I was supposed to get free returns. After not being able to reach a human at this company for days only AI NANCY, I went on the website to do return myself and it gave me the address to send the wigs to. They were picked up on 8-18-2026 at the post office. Now I have given JAMES, the exchange orders that I want and have heard nothing. All I want is my exchange order and my wash bags back. Except taking old reviews down which I did and wish I hadn’t trying to offer me $20 which I refused. I told him what people wanted was great customer service. Order#BFM974011848804405872 They sent me the wrong wig I even asked can they send the right wig and the LILY person said they don’t have it, so it guess that’s why I received a brown 18 inch wig instead of a brown and platinum that was supposed to be 22 inches. Order#BFM971791743529918159 Now this wig looked nothing like the ad photo at all it was neither fluffy at all and thin. Order#BFM9971048641374592679 this wig was so thin you could see the wefts in the back. But the color was beautiful. And I was ashamed that they would send something like these wigs out like that. I had never received any looking like this before. Customer service is awful. How long does it take to send 3 wigs along with the bags? UPDATE: LIARS, James claims to have only received 2 of the 3 wigs but the post office shows all 3 were picked up in Duluth, GA on 8-18-2026 at 7:39 p.m., now I trust the post office tracking not James. What is so hard about exchanging 3 wigs with wash bags. And nothing from management just old lies from James. Better yet just send me my refund for all 3 wigs since I have already wasted $40 on return shipping due to the company’s fault already which was supposed to be free. UPDATE: More lies from James saying that my returns were funded by the company with shipping labels, but I have my receipts from my local post office showing that I paid for my own returns. This man is just plain crazy. As if my local post office didn’t give me a receipt.

I’m very disappointed with how Beauty…

I’m very disappointed with how Beauty Forever handled my situation. I purchased a wig that I simply wasn’t happy with once I received it and saw how it looked on me. I wasn’t trying to keep the wig and get my money back—I wanted to return it and purchase a different wig from Beauty Forever. Unfortunately, instead of working with me to find a reasonable solution, the situation ended up going through PayPal and my claim was denied. What’s most disappointing is that Beauty Forever wouldn’t have lost a customer or a sale. I was willing to continue doing business with them. Because of the way this was handled, I will no longer purchase wigs from Beauty Forever. Good customer service isn’t just about making the initial sale; it’s also about how you treat a customer when there’s a problem. I am extremely disappointed with Beauty Forever and the way my situation has been handled. Order #: [ORDER NUMBER] I spent over $300 purchasing two different wigs from Beauty Forever, and ironically, the wig I was dissatisfied with was the less expensive of the two. I have contacted customer service multiple times trying to resolve this and continued receiving the same automated responses instead of actual assistance. I wasn't trying to keep the wig and get my money back. I simply wanted to return the wig I wasn't happy with and purchase another wig from Beauty Forever. After getting nowhere with customer service, I finally had to dispute the purchase through PayPal. Unfortunately, PayPal denied the claim. Beauty Forever could have easily kept me as a customer because I was willing to purchase another wig. Instead, after spending over $300 with this company and repeatedly trying to resolve a simple return, I have decided that I will never purchase another wig from Beauty Forever. Customer service matters, especially when a customer is genuinely trying to work with a company to resolve a problem. Update 8/24/26: Beautyforever has responded and stated that a dedicated customer service representative will contact me. For reference, my order ID is BF956673920185012352. I am waiting to see how this is resolved.
