They took payment despite cancellation
It seems like this is something the company does: I cancelled during the trial period however they took money anyway. I’ve reached out to their support team and will cancel my card just to be safe

Disappointing billing experience and no…
Disappointing billing experience and no response from support I signed up for Beautiful.ai and selected the monthly plan during the subscription setup. However, after the trial ended, I was charged $172.80 for an annual subscription, which was not what I intended to purchase. I contacted Beautiful.ai support by email to request a refund and explained the situation. I have now sent a follow-up email as well, but more than 48 hours have passed without any response or even an acknowledgment from support. I understand that I should have cancelled the trial before it ended, but my concern is specifically about being charged the annual fee when I had selected the monthly option. $172.80 is a significant and unexpected charge for me, and I am very disappointed that I have not even received a basic acknowledgment from customer support. I hope Beautiful.ai responds and resolves this fairly. I will update this review if they do.

Saves Time and Delivers Professional Results
I have had a great experience with Beautiful. After years of using PowerPoint to develop presentations, this is the new way. It is a time saver and certainly delivers professional results.

More Template Library Than AI Tool.
I got stuck with an annual charge without realizing that was what I was agreeing to. Beautiful.ai feels more like a template library with AI features than a true AI presentation tool. After trying it repeatedly, I haven't used a single presentation it generated. It's restrictive, inflexible, and not worth the price. I'd spend the money on a Claude subscription instead.
