This is honestly one of the worst…
This is honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. My order arrived with missing items, and the 1 kg of green chillies I actually received was completely rotten and unusable. I immediately contacted them and provided pictures as proof. Despite sending several emails and contacting them on WhatsApp, they have completely ignored my complaints. I am simply asking for a refund for the items I never received and the damaged food, but they are refusing to properly deal with the situation. What makes this even more disappointing is that I ordered from them again because I was happy with my previous order. I trusted their service, and this is how they treated me. Taking customers’ money and then ignoring them when there is a problem is completely unacceptable. If you care about your money and expect decent customer service, I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this company.

Extremely irresponsible business
Order placed over a month ago. Marked as dispatched, but never delivered. Since then, the store has gone completely silent. Multiple emails sent, a dispute opened, and still no response at all. They are holding my money and refusing both a refund and a re-delivery. This is not a delay—this is total neglect of the customer. A business operating in Germany should follow basic rules and customer protection, but this store clearly does not care once they receive payment. If your order has a problem, expect zero support and zero responsibility. I strongly warn others: do not trust this store with your money.

My experience with Basra Asian Food's…
My experience with Basra Asian Food's delivery service was utterly deplorable, terrible and pathetic. The packaging was execrably inadequate, with the flour sack ripped, scattering its contents in a chaotic mess. The fresh coriander, haphazardly chopped can be seen in photos, was rendered useless for cooking purposes. The mango plum tin arrived with bended tins, its integrity compromised beyond acceptability. This lamentable display of incompetence in delivery and packaging is nothing short of egregious. Also, they didn't accept this chaotic mess even I complaint in call. I strongly recommend avoiding their services until they fix these glaring issues. All reference image has been posted.

A great online food store.
I ordered twice and i had a good experience. They delivered within the promised time. They have better prices than the local Indian food store in my area. And the best thing is the website is in English.
