Quality clothing and A+ customer service
Customer service online is actually great! no long response time. very helpful for me personally because I had a store credit and they made the ease of using it very simple and reliable. very quick in what they do. I would recommend the company for A quality clothing and A quality Customer service.

Customer Service!
Beautiful clothes, but what I want to compliment is customer service. Many companies now are impossible to reach, unless you consider messaging with a bot communication. Not so with Baraba!

Nice clothing. Useless Customer Service.
I ordered a shirt and a jacket that I’m very happy with. I then ordered a bracelet. The one I received had a different design than the one I ordered, similar, but not the same, and I didn’t like it as much as the one I’d ordered. I contacted Customer Support to get it corrected. They demanded that I pay for the return postage. I pointed out that it was their mistake, so they should cover the cost. They responded by just sending me a link to their Return Policy. So, based only on my experience: some nice clothing, if you get what you order. But if you don’t, it’s your problem; they don’t take responsibility. (I gave away the unwanted bracelet to a thrift store.)

Remarkable customer service, great products
When needing to exchange two shirts due to sizing, I exchanged emails with Barabas where we got the right size charts, and then I called to verify. They answered immediately, walked me through the return process, advised on the right size, and was able to get it all done in less than 5 minutes. Super helpful. Quality of products is excellent and love their store. The customer service has sealed my loyalty. Great team.

We bought a jacket for a special dinner. We were blown away by the experience. Not only is the jacket beautifully crafted with care, they sent a durable suit bag for travel. Wish I could give them 10 stars.
