living in this hoodie already
already wore it on a chilly walk and kept it on all evening. what got me first was the zipper, it runs straighter and less scratchy than the cheap pet print one I bought last fall. the fabric has that washed look in person and the dog graphic sits clean without feeling plasticky. sleeves came a touch roomy on me, but the pocket shape and heavier hood make it feel better made.

Customer service is very poor for incorrect item sent
I ordered 3 shirts on 6/2/26. It took until 6/22 to receive the order. 2 of the shirts were exactly what I ordered & I like them very much. The 3rd one was not at all what I had ordered, both design & size were incorrect. Customer service so far has been responsive by email only but has not been willing to send me the shirt I ordered as well as send return instructions for the incorrect shirt. They want me to pay return shipping for their mistake....NOT GONNA HAPPEN.

Unacceptable material when expecting jean
Received my order today (took almost a month to receive) for what I thought were 2 pairs of jean crop pants with butterflies on one and cats on the other - ladies animal print trousers. Pictures shown on website definitely show as jeans, but are polyester printed material. Very cheap type material. I've sent an email for return information and will wait for the response but from what I see this may be an issue. To pay $70 for jean material is acceptable but these trousers should be $10 for both at the very most.

already wore them out and got asked about the artwork first. i checked the stitching around the embroidered dragonflies after opening because that part usually goes messy on jeans like this, but it sits flat and doesnt scratch my leg. the shape is a bit more roomy than i pictured though.
