Great and smooth process and I am very satified with product. Product arrive in safe package with all the equipment that was ordered. I ordered before and it was my second time. I had a delay in transport and asked CS. They were really helpful and accurate in their reply about the time when the package possibly arrive.

A bust
I received my 15-note Balmy drum last week, and I was excited to practice, but many of the notes are duds, and the sound is terrible. I have sent messages via eBay chat and also called the customer service number, with no answer. The phone number just drops, as if the phone number doesn’t even exist. The carrying bag, drum sticks, song book are all nice, but if your drum doesn’t play all of its notes, it’s very disappointing. This is more for a little kid vs someone who genuinely wants to learn the steel drum.Very disappointed in the lack of customer service!!

I have been feeling very stressed and tired lately! Then my Balmy Drum arrived. I unpacked it immediately and started to play notes. It made me feel so light and relaxed. I have only played my own notes but with practice I am sure I will be playing like a pro. I highly recommend it to anyone beginner or professional alike.
