Researched medical online advisory services. BaliDoc got good reviews. Booked free 20 min appointment slot. Pre-consult questionnaire was quick and straitforward. Invite sent plus handy reminders on the day. Easy google meet video consultation where Dr Karina had my med history to refer to. Answered all my queries and gave useful advice for pre-arrival. Call took around 15 mins followed by Dr Karina sending me a Whattsup link to get in touch when I need to refresh my prescription meds. Initial service was slick and professional. Hoping prescriptions will be as effortless.

Always an easy and quick service
Always an easy and quick service. Delivered straight to your door. I was skeptical but actually I’ve been using them for a couple months and has been really easy. Especially coming from UK where it takes forever for appointments. Highly recommend!

I realised I didnt have enough medication for my remaining days in Bali.😱 Managed to get an online consult within the hour and medication delivered to my door the next day. The doctor and person I was dealing with were so kind,empathetic and understanding, even after all my technical issues trying to pay etc. Im not very technologically clued up so it took a lot of their time trying to help me!! Amazing service. Very grateful 🙏💕

I had a consultation with Dr. Mona before my upcoming trip to Indonesia, mainly regarding my medication and the necessary documentation for travelling. Dr. Mona was extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and empathetic. She took the time to answer all my questions and explained clearly what I needed to prepare and which documents would be required. I especially appreciated that she provided me with a written summary of everything we had discussed afterwards, which made the whole process very easy and reassuring. A very professional and thoughtful service. I felt well advised and well prepared for my trip. Highly recommended!
