Badi Plus tiene decenas de habitaciones propias/bajo gestión en Barcelona, con nombres tipo Casa Enriqueta, Casa Capri, Casa Cantina, etc., y contratos estandarizados que empiezan el 1 o el 15 del mes. Antes era otra cosa, no usen esta plataforma para anunciar sus pisos te cobran y ya nadie ve los anuncios. Son ESTAFADORES que se dedican al negocio inmobiliario y utilizan como pantalla a las personas reales que arriendan habitaciones en sus casas.

Do not trust Badi with your housing. My boyfriend, Jonathan, and I booked an apartment for a 10-month stay supposed to move in on September 2 and had a signed, confirmed contract. Just a week or two after everything was finalized, they reached out to cancel our booking out of nowhere. They claimed to have a "solution," but the alternative they offered was completely unacceptable literally the worst possible option we could have been given. This was a clear breach of our contract. When Jonathan tried to resolve it, Badi completely ghosted us🤦🏻♀️ They have stopped responding to our messages entirely. Even their management and legal teams are refusing to step up and handle the matter professionally. If you want secure housing and a company that actually honors its agreements, look elsewhere

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. my girlfriend and i booked an apartment for 10 months, signed the contract and paid Badi and then a week or two later they called and said they had a software error and the apartment was not available and they cancelled the contract. It’s not legal to cancel a contract between two parties without both parties agreeing. if i had decided not to rent and to cancel my contract i would have paid for the breach of contract but they are acting with impunity and no care for their customers. I am scrambling to try and find a place to live now and a place for my mom and guests to live who are coming to visit me now and have airfare purchased. I am currently in the process of bringing a lawsuit against badi but they won’t even respond with their legal representatives contact so my attorney is spending time and money sending them a formal burofax this week. Crazy that this company is in business i expect them to go under at some point with their investors money. jonathan ferreira / barcelona
