A+ Grading Did Not Match the Condition of the Items Received
I had a very mixed experience. Before placing my order, communication was excellent. My questions were answered almost immediately via WhatsApp, and the team was very friendly and helpful. They did their best to accommodate my color preferences when preparing my order, and shipping was very fast. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the items received compared to the advertised grading. I purchased a bundle of five silk camisoles graded A+, which the website defines as “items in perfect condition without holes, stains or odors.” Out of the five camisoles, only one truly matched that description. One item had no composition label, making it impossible to verify that it was silk. Another had a partially detached composition label and visible loose stitching around the neckline. Two others showed noticeable discoloration and wear, particularly in the underarm area. While there were no holes, several items were clearly not in what I would consider “perfect condition.” As a reseller, grading accuracy is extremely important because I need to be able to rely on the descriptions provided. My concern was not the style, color selection, or the fact that these were second-hand items. My concern was that several items did not appear to match the A+ grading advertised on the website. What disappointed me most was the response when I raised these concerns. While communication was extremely responsive before the sale, it became noticeably slower once I reported issues with the order. It took about a week to reach a final response, and I had to follow up several times during the process. I was ultimately referred to the return policy and offered a €10 store credit. While I appreciate the gesture, my issue was not that I had changed my mind about the items. My concern was that the condition of several pieces did not match the condition described. In my opinion, a return policy is appropriate when a customer no longer wants an item because of the style, fit, or personal preference. When the issue is that the condition received does not match the condition advertised, simply referring to the return policy does not address the underlying concern about grading accuracy. Returning low-value items at my own expense is often not economically practical. This makes it especially important that grading descriptions accurately reflect the condition of the products being sold. This order was intended as a trial purchase before committing to larger wholesale orders by weight. I wanted to evaluate the quality, grading consistency, and overall reliability of the company before making a bigger investment. Unfortunately, based on the condition of the items I received and the way my concerns were handled, I do not feel confident placing larger orders in the future. Overall, the purchasing process was smooth and shipping was fast, but based on my experience, the A+ grading was not reliable enough for me to feel confident placing another order.
