I’ve had a really positive experience with B12’s customer support. The support team has been friendly, patient and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had questions. They take the time to understand the issue, explain things clearly and double-check information when needed. I’ve always felt well supported and appreciate how kind and professional the team is. Great customer service! 😊

I’ve made many changes to my website…
I’ve made many changes to my website throughout the process, and Madeline and her team have been incredibly patient and accommodating. My latest project turned out wonderful: the website looks professional, polished, and exactly the direction I wanted to take my business. My experience has varied somewhat depending on the team member I’m working with. Some staff members really take the lead, offer suggestions, and guide me through the process, which I greatly appreciate. Others rely more heavily on me to provide all of the direction, and I personally prefer a more proactive approach from a website professional. I also had some frustration when I initially signed up because the monthly pricing and ongoing costs were not as clearly communicated as I would have liked. However, we were able to work through that issue, and everything is good now. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of their work, their patience with my many changes, and especially how professional my latest website project looks.
