The perfect Mala workshop
The Mala workshop was a very special experience for me. The combination of the knowledge shared, the music, and Elif’s warm and attentive presence made the whole workshop feel truly meaningful and I decided to have a closer relationship with gems. What I loved most was how present I felt throughout the entire experience. I was able to slow down, enjoy every moment, and really be in the here and now. It was both inspiring and calming. The best event to learn about gems, create your own, enjoy the atmosphere and simply be. Thank you, Elif, for your care, energy, and for creating such a lovely atmosphere. I left the workshop with a wonderful feeling and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

The Ayurveda Detox with Elif came …
The Ayurveda Detox with Elif came at the perfect moment. Throughout the detox I felt supported by her in the chat, where she ws guiding me and the other participants day by day plus adding nice recipes to each day. The detox felt very good and I will definitely do it again in the fall. Thanks again dear 🧡

I feel very happy to have found Elif
I feel very happy to have found Elif! There are people who teach you a practice and then there are people who remind you to come to yourself. Elif is the latter. Her Sunday Kundalini Yoga classes have become a special and grounding part of my week. She creates such a lovely, safe and inspiring space, guiding us with deep knowledge, compassion and a lot of heart. I always leave her classes feeling reconnected with what feels essential, calmer and somehow more clear. I also had the beautiful experience of joining her Ayurvedic Spring Detox. It was much more than simply changing what I eat, it was an invitation to slow down, listen to my body and nurturing myself through Ayurvedic wisdom, rituals and mindful practices. A new way of life was revealed to me and through Elif’s guidance I felt at the end of it stronger and healthier. What I love most about Elif's work is the way she combines Ayurveda, Kundalini Yoga and intention-setting in a very natural and wise way. She doesn't tell you who you should become, she compassionately and gently helps you discover your own way. I recommend her work with all my heart!

The ancient wisdom she shared wasn't just theory; it offered practical, beautiful steps toward mastering the "art of living"—a path to a deeper, healthier, and more balanced life. I am deeply grateful to her for awakening this reflection within me and for sharing her knowledge so generously. Beyond what she teaches, simply watching Elif live her own life with such positivity, harmony, and inspiration is a gift in itself. A soothing experience that stays with…
A soothing experience that stays with you… At a time when my body was especially asking for rest and a better sense of balance, I had the opportunity to take part in an Ayurveda workshop with AyurSatNam. For me, it was much more than just a detox week. I got to understand my body and its needs better and learned a lot about what truly feels good and supportive for me. As I have a rather delicate constitution and tend to be a little cautious with programs like this, it was especially nice to feel seen in my individual needs and well supported throughout the process. Elif combines deep knowledge with simple, practical methods and takes a very personal approach to each individual. I’m truly grateful for that. I’m already looking forward to experiencing her yoga classes soon as well.
