! Stay far away from AXORE!
Reading plenty of bad reviews here and sadly, i have to add to them ...! Stay far away from AXORE! 2023: I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max in 'Excellent' condition. What was delivered was an absolute insult and far from the promised premium quality: - Poor hygiene: The phone was not even properly cleaned before being shipped. - Defective camera: The camera focus was broken. Neither the zoom nor close-up shots would focus at all. - third-party parts: The display turned out to be a cheap third-party screen and it showed sometime, unresponsiveness on touch in the corner areas. The battery was also a non-original aftermarket component. - Suspected water damage: The malfunctioning suggests the phone may have already had water damage before it was sold to me. The real kicker, however, was how customer support handled my warranty claim. When I tried to return the defective device, AXORE support kind of downplayed the third party hardware and didnt respond until customer service gave them a kick. They then offered a 10€ refund (what a fricking joke) or taking back the phone. When i went for warranty they then explicitly implied that if they detect water damage, the warranty is completely void. I took good care of the phone and definitely did not cause any water damage. It felt like a setup to sell pre-damaged phones and then dodge responsibility through a warranty exclusion. I felt ripped off and stuck with an expensive, defective piece of junk.! Stay far away from AXORE!

Ho comprato un google pixel 8 da questo venditore tramite la piattaforma refurbed. Il prodotto venduto come molto buono è arrivato in condizioni pessime, pieno di graffi e scoloriture con il lettore dell'impronta digitale non funzionante.

Venditore top, tutto perfetto! Il prodotto è arrivato in perfette condizioni, ben imballato e corrispondente al 100% alla descrizione. Nonostante un piccolo ritardo/pasticcio con l'aggiornamento del tracciamento da parte del corriere, la consegna è andata a buon fine e il supporto del venditore è stato eccellente. Consigliatissimo!

Pessima esperienza. Ho acquistato un samsung 21 ultra che dopo un anno non ha letto la sim. Ma non nego che aveva dato dei segni di caduta della linea già prima. Pensavo fosse la sim ma dopo molteplici prove sulla scheda... risulta che il problema è nel telefono. Ricondizionati... mai più.

Acquistato un iPhone grado ottimo ma praticamente pari al nuovo senza un minimo graffio o imperfezione! Esperienza positiva e assistenza via chat celere e cordiale! Consigliatissimo!
