Absolute Empfehlung! AWHelp24 hat mir mitten in der Nacht bei einer Reifenpanne geholfen, als sonst niemand erreichbar war. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich, schnell vor Ort und hat das Problem professionell gelöst. Auch der Preis war überraschend günstig und absolut fair. Vielen Dank für die schnelle und zuverlässige Hilfe!

One of the most disappointing service…
One of the most disappointing service experiences we have ever had. Our company has worked with AWhelp24 several times over the past two years. Until now, we trusted them and considered them a reliable roadside assistance company. Unfortunately, this experience completely destroyed that trust. Our DAF truck was diagnosed with what we were repeatedly told was a serious internal gearbox failure. We were informed that the gearbox required extensive repair or replacement. Based on this diagnosis, we paid €1,250 for diagnostics and received a repair quotation of €4,279 (net). During the conversation, I repeatedly suggested that the gearbox actuator assembly was the most likely cause of the fault. My opinion was dismissed, and I was repeatedly told that the problem was inside the gearbox. Based on the information provided by AWhelp24, we informed our company owner that a gearbox replacement was likely required and even started preparing to send a recovery trailer for the vehicle. In the end, the gearbox was never replaced or rebuilt. The repair consisted of replacing one gearbox actuator assembly, whose official DAF dealer price is approximately €760–800 including VAT. The truck works perfectly after replacing that single component. The biggest disappointment is not the repair itself. The biggest disappointment is the communication and the diagnostic process. The information we received led us to believe that a major gearbox repair was unavoidable, and we made important business decisions based on that information. After submitting a formal complaint, AWhelp24 did not answer any of our technical questions. Instead, they simply replied that we had signed the repair order and that the truck had been repaired successfully. That response completely ignores the main issue: why were we led to believe that extensive gearbox repairs were necessary when the actual repair was limited to replacing the actuator assembly? We are still waiting for a proper explanation. This experience has significantly damaged our trust in AWhelp24. We sincerely hope that future customers receive clearer, more transparent communication before being asked to approve repairs worth thousands of euros. Unfortunately, after this experience, we can no longer recommend AWhelp24.

complete scam, we got a broken down truck, they sent a polish company in germany to repair it, they looked all day could not find anything as all of us non professional would not find . and then charge me 2000 euro and at the end of the day they said it could be injectors, it could be many things, and they could have bought the parts and start changing . please be careful better call the DEALER wokrshop at least they are professional

BEWARE. Absolute scam. I expected their truck to arrive but was surprised to see another tow company being used. Called the company on the truck and found out AWhelp24 charged me a middle man fee of over 65% of what the towing company they arranged for would have charged. Tried to contact them again to explain why I was being invoiced an extra 180€ for them to just call a different company. They ghosted me. Mind you this was not an emergency need for a tow. I called at 3pm needing a tow for 11am the next day. I’d respect a 40-60€ fee but 180€ is asinine. Scam artists. STAY AWAY.

Truck wrong loaded
Police stopped our truck regarding overhigh in Germany. As we have no contact around this area we contacted AWhelp and got greatful assistance from Mr. Alexander Wittstatt, He was in continuious conversation with Police on one hand and us on the other hand. He worked hours and till late Evening to find a solution. Finally he could help us to find possiblillity to dis-load our first Truck and to load the later arrived flat loader with our Machines. Appreciate the very kind and successful work. THANKS
