Finger weg!!!
Ich habe Anfang Mai Schuhe von MoEa direkt in München im Laden gekauft - 3 Wochen später reklamiert, da sie aufgerissen sind. Seitdem ist nichts passiert (warte seit mittlerweile fast 4 Monate), weder eine Ersatzlieferung, noch eine Erstattung! Ich habe bereits diverse Emails geschickt, welche nicht beantwortet und ignoriert wurden. Telefonisch ist auch niemand erreichbar! Absolut enttäuscht von so einem Laden. Macht auf den ersten Blick einen schönen Eindruck, aber wenn du etwas zu beanstanden hast, bist du verloren! Man könnte meinen, es ist eine Betrugsmasche! So wie ich sehe, bin ich nicht die Einzige, die ignoriert wird. Deshalb empfehle ich einen anderen Laden aufzusuchen und hier bloß nicht zu bestellen!

No Updates, No Communication, Just Ghosted
I placed an order with Avesu on August 30. The confirmation stated that shipping within Germany takes 2–3 days, but it has now been well over a week and I still haven’t received any update on my order. I tried reaching out via email and even through their Instagram profile, but I have been completely ignored. For a costly item, this lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. Being ghosted by a company after taking my money is extremely frustrating, and at this point I cannot recommend ordering from Avesu. I just hope that I will receive my item or money back 😑

ordered 01 Apr, received 16 Jun - vexing!
UPDATE: the shoes arrived today, much to my surprise. The timeline of the shipping was: ordered 01 Apr > shipped 09 Apr > processed through Germany 13 Apr> RADIO SILENCE FOR TWO MONTHS > arrived at USPS facility 15 JUN > delivered 16 Jun. Expectations not properly managed and pretty shocking for paid shipping. Select a different shipping option or make it clear UPFRONT that shipping can take 2-3 months and let consumers decide whether or not to take the gamble. ----------------- The only reason I'm giving this store even two stars is because the issues are not entirely their own fault, but with shipping. I was initially impressed with their vast selection of vegan footwear and quickly purchased some smart sneakers for my husbands birthday. That was 01 Apr. The experience has been at best unremarkable, at worst vexing since then. I had to follow up to find out about the order because there was radio silence. I received a polite email confirming that they had indeed shipped, and tracking info was provided. Since then...no news. No update to tracking information since 13 Apr. Followed up with Avesu to be advised to wait until the six week mark to escalate the issue. Six weeks - NOTHING. I follow up only to be told to wait a FURTHER EIGHT WEEKS for them to escalate with DHL to log a complaint, and then at the end of that time they will consider a refund (probably after I follow up again). Unacceptable. All enquiries and complaints are FEEDBACK that should be used to improve or modify the service. It doesn't stand to reason that Avesu does not know that there are problems with the shipping times, yet they advise little or nothing to manage expectations. Each 'update' is piecemeal, and designed to just shoo you away politely vs resolve the matter. Its time that companies are held accountable for this type of practice - get proactive about investigating and fixing problems, or don't offer shipping to locations that there are problems...just do something to acknowledge that it is not working the way it is. Unacceptable. Do not recommend.
