My daughter has been using this product for years, never had a probably. I order over $100 facial products in December in February have not received my products. The company sent my a $40 voucher, I purchased more items. It's August and have not received the items or refund from December or February. I sent several emails have not received a respond.

Ava Estell Scam
I have used the product for years and recently in February 2026 I paid 107 for the face scrub kit and they kept my money and have not sent the product. Instead they have provided excuses there are shipping delays and it is now August 2026 and I still don't have my product. Do not order from them they still have their website live and taking orders they are stealing now. Buyer Beware

I’ve ordered from this company several times, and I’ll give credit where it’s due—the products are good.What’s REALLY BAD is the customer service and delivery process. I placed an order THREE MONTHS AGO, and it’s still being processed. Three months later, I have yet to receive my order or even a meaningful update regarding its status. As a Black-owned business that receives support from the Black community, I expected a much better level of service and accountability. Supporting a Black-owned business shouldn’t mean accepting poor communication, unreasonable delivery times, or bad customer service. People work hard for their money and deserve better than this. Good products alone are not enough to keep customers when the service and fulfillment process are this disappointing. The company seriously needs to revamp its customer service, communication, and delivery process.Customers should not have to chase a business for months just to find out what happened to an order they already paid for.

Loved the products.
Loved the products.. decided to order some more and they were forcing me to get subscription with automatic refill of products and because I wanted to only purchase on a “when I ran out” basis, they never shipped my order to me and I reached out to Solace and he refuses to answer me or send my ordered product or a refund. Totally unacceptable and every time I try to support our black owned businesses I get disappointed
